About the Role: Reporting directly to the Bid Director, you'll spearhead the bidding endeavors, showcasing your expertise in securing lucrative projects within the steel industry. From engaging with clients to negotiating with contractors and engineers, your role will be pivotal in navigating tenders and ensuring seamless communication with our supply chain. Your knack for understanding client requirements and your commercial acumen will be instrumental in driving success.
About You: Are you an experienced Bid Manager or Estimator with a flair for project management or design?
Perhaps you've gained insights from a varied background that's equipped you to excel in this role. Ideally, you've previously worked with a specialist steel work contractor and possess a deep understanding of steel products, construction specifications, and tender processes.
Collaboration is key in our bid delivery team, so your ability to work harmoniously alongside colleagues and operational teams is crucial.
