This exciting newly created role within a continuously growing global retail organisation would provide an excellent stepping stone for a passionate individual with a strong desire to succeed. You will be supporting on high-profile procurement projects in relation to complex bis, new business campaigns and developing associated procurement strategies whilst working with a range of differing stakeholders. You will support across the end-to-end process and be key contributor to this best-in-class global supply chain.

Bid, Tender & Procurement Officer responsibilities…

• Support coordination around prospective new subcontracts and obligations with suppliers across entire life cycle
• Provide essential support across complex bids, end-to-end tender management, new business campaigns and developing all associated procurement strategies
• Continuous collaboration with bids team to understand needs for bids strategy, end-to-end tender management process and support the procurement input
• Undertake a range of strategic day-to-day activities, from request / evaluation of proposals to planning subsystem requirements and highlighting risks / opportunities throughout

• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Exposure to the end-to-end tender management process
