Billing Administrator Role Overview
NC Associates are working with a rapidly growing business, who are looking for a driven and passionate candidate to join their billing team as a Billing Clerk/Administrator. The candidate will be experienced working in a fast paced environment and comfortable working to strict deadlines. The role requires a candidate with a strong desire to learn. Full one on one personal training on business processes and systems will be provided.
Billing Administrator Responsibilities:
- Preparation of invoices and credits
- Investigating data anomalies and exceptions
- Working collaboratively with other departments in the business to facilitate query resolutions
- Maintaining an in house database of client and company information
- Reconciling Accounts
Billing Administrator Experience Required
- Highly numerate and comfortable working with large volumes of data
- An eye for detail
- Ability to cope with a rapidly changing environment
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to multitask and organize workload to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to understand complex cost models
