JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Billing administrator
Location: Coleshill
Reporting to: Compliance and Operations Executive

The Billing Administrator plays a vital role in our global business operations, ensuring that candidates are onboarded efficiently and compliantly, managing the Group s compliance risks and invoicing customers for services provided accurately.
Responsibilities
- Ordering new starter equipment and software logins for new starters
- Collating compliance and onboarding documentation for contractors; keeping consultants updated on progress
- Handling contractors onboarding and payment queries
- Completion of DBS applications and keep consultants updated on progress
- Uploading weekly candidate timesheets onto RPO portals for approval/payment
- Processing weekly timesheet batches within Timesheet portal (Umbrella and PSC)
- Raising invoices for permanent placements
- Uploading sales invoices onto client portals matching against client purchase orders
- Organising office events and ordering general office supplies
- Office Equipment maintenance/ordering
- Adhoc administrative tasks to support consultants with the recruitment process
Skills and Behaviours
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with lots of energy and enthusiasm
- A can do attitude; pro-active approach to work and problem solving
- Intermediate excel skills (e.g. pivot tables and vlookups) are desirable not essential
- Strong understanding of the purpose of tasks and the impact they have on other processes
