Account Manager - £24K Plus Commission - Altrincham
Job Description
The overall objective of the Account Manager is to successfully manage the process of all new, private, part exchange and agency assist transactions from application stage through to sale and completion. The role involves maintaining relationships with developer clients, vendors and purchasers. It is the responsibility of the Account Manager to ensure that the levels of service are maintained at a high level and that any issues that may affect the relationship between Property Perspective and a client are communicated to the relevant Account Director in order that any appropriate action can be taken. One of the key objectives is to pro actively develop and nurture a good and friendly working relationship with clients at all levels to ensure not just continuity but improved levels of business, Broadly, the role would require the individual to:
- Being the main point of contact for our House builder clients, vendors & buyers
- Manage the process of all new Part Exchange and Agency Assist transactions from application through to completion.
- Maintain accurate and up to date Marketing and Sales Progression reports to our clients.
- Maintain contact with all parties, solicitors, mortgage advisors, lenders etc throughout the transaction and maintain accurate records.
The ideal candidate:
- Sales Progression/Estate agency experience would be an advantage but its not essential
- Confident
- Computer literate (dealing with lots of emails, spreadsheets, word docs and various systems)
- Strong telephone manor
Salary is £24,000k basic with an OTE of up to £26k
Hours are Monday to Thursday 9-5.30 and Fridays 9-5pm
You will be asked occasionally to work the odd weekend if they have events on for clients or need the phones covering over the weekend.
