Company Accountant / Accounts & Finance Manager

Our client is a well established luxury business and they are now looking to recruit a Company Accountant / Accounts & Finance Manager.

• Hands-on overseeing all aspects of accounting and financial management for the business 
• Management of purchase ledger and sale ledger.
• Preparation of payroll information and CIS.
• Monthly PAYE deductions.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Deal with expense claims.
• Production of quarterly VAT returns.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Weekly revenue reporting.
• Management of stock.
• Handling any ad hoc queries to support Directors and team.
• Providing administration support to the Directors.
• Office management, to include: administrative duties, HR admin and general office management as well as supporting the MD as required.
• Creating and maintaining well organised computer and paper filing systems, and handling of confidential documentation.
• Liaising with and supporting numerous stakeholders with the company.

This is a highly varied role and requires somebody who is used to working in a small fast paced business.  Experience of using Xero would be benefifical but nbot essential and interviews are ongoing so apply now.
