Our client is a well established luxury business and they are now looking to recruit a Company Accountant / Accounts & Finance Manager.
- Hands-on overseeing all aspects of accounting and financial management for the business
- Management of purchase ledger and sale ledger.
- Preparation of payroll information and CIS.
- Monthly PAYE deductions.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Deal with expense claims.
- Production of quarterly VAT returns.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Weekly revenue reporting.
- Management of stock.
- Handling any ad hoc queries to support Directors and team.
- Providing administration support to the Directors.
- Office management, to include: administrative duties, HR admin and general office management as well as supporting the MD as required.
- Creating and maintaining well organised computer and paper filing systems, and handling of confidential documentation.
- Liaising with and supporting numerous stakeholders with the company.
This is a highly varied role and requires somebody who is used to working in a small fast paced business. Experience of using Xero would be benefifical but nbot essential and interviews are ongoing so apply now.
