Billing Assistant - Temp

Your new company
Shared service centre for FTSE 250 recruitment consultancy based in New Malden is recruiting for an expanding team. This is a long-term temporary position (6 month+) with the potential for these roles to go permanent after 12 months.
Your new role
Working with UK and offshore teams, including working with contracts, accounts payable and accounts receivable and rebates team. Your reconciliation, analysis and communication skills will be good and your excellent knowledge must be at a certain level.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be either be a 1st or 2nd jobber after leaving school or university looking to gain valuable experience or an experienced AR Clerk with good excel. You will have basic eel but have the ambition to learn excel including vlookups and pivot tables, strong reconciliation skills, strong system and process knowledge, experience of using the Peoplesoft system is desirable but not essential.
You will ideally hold a business or accountancy & finance degree and have a minimum of 6 months basic finance or accounting experience.

This is a great entry level finance position with the potential for the role to go permanent and progress within the business. The job is a hybrid and will pay 14.63 per hour, including holiday pay.
