Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you a meticulous and experienced Billing Coordinator with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Our esteemed client, a leading telecoms company located in Bolton, is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join their dynamic finance team. As a Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the billing process for our telecom services, ensuring precision and promptness in invoicing, addressing billing discrepancies, and fostering seamless collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities of a Billing Coordinator:

Your main duties will include but not limited to:

  • Process daily CDRs from supplier portals and seamlessly integrate them into the billing system.
  • Address rejections on the billing platform to ensure accurate passing of charges onto customers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of charge queries, conduct billing checks, and perform related activities.

Skills and Experience:

As a Billing Coordinator, you should possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year of billing experience (preferably in telecoms or finance).
  • Proficiency in Abillity/Union Street (experience preferable).
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that elevate the customer experience.
