Description
- Billing Coordinator:
- Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.
- Month-end closing of the billing group information.
- Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
- Assist with the implementation of a new billing system.
- Provide support to the rest of the Accounting & Finance team.
- Special project as requested by management.
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
- Assist in team development and mentoring.
Profile
A successful Billing Coordinator should have:
- An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Proficient in computer systems including MS Excel and billing software.
- Strong knowledge of Professional Services sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work in a team and independently.
