Role: Billing Manager
Responsibilities:
As our Billing Manager, you will lead, develop, and support a dedicated team handling various aspects of billing, including one-off, project, recurring billing, contract management, credits, audits, and expense recharging.
Review all project invoices before issuance, identifying issues early and collaborating with project teams for resolutions.
Reconcile time postings for accurate billing and ensure timely processing of all orders.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including finance teams, legal personnel, project teams, sales/account managers, and clients.
Respond promptly and accurately to information requests, including reconciliations of client accounts and audit information.
Key Requirements:
Relevant finance qualification (AAT Level 4 or equivalent)
Extensive experience in finance, with a focus on team management
Project accounting experience, familiarity with project resourcing and billing systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
Experience with D365 Business Central
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable:
Experience with Kantata (desirable but not essential)
