In this role, you will be at the forefront of a large billing team, steering day-to-day operations and establishing best practices for billing and e-billing. Your expertise will guide the firm through unique billing scenarios, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement. As the ultimate escalation point for billing matters, you will play a crucial role in project initiatives and be a core member of the project team.
The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in people and change management, a deep understanding of e-billing environments, proficiency with Elite 3E and Paperless Proforma, and a track record of crafting bespoke solutions for diverse billing requirements.
