SalaryOur client, a leading technology provider, is looking for a Billing Representative for an initial 6-month period. Key duties will include: -
- Managing portal-based customer requests – RfIs, Vendor Onboarding, etc
- Manage and where possible make improvements to the customer portal registration process
- Work with customers to resolve problems, to ensure that billing and collection issues are minimised
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction is maximised at all times
The successful candidate will likely be able to demonstrate: -
- Strong understanding of third party portal infrastructure – Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa, Taulia, etc
- Ideally, a background in an international IT organisation who understands different IT business charging areas (software licences, cloud hosting, professional services, etc)
- Good analytical skills – Excel, Power BI, etc
- Strong financial acumen, particularly in relation to invoice and collections processes
