Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Billing Specialist with their role
- Working alongside other team members to assist with complex billing queries
- Gaining knowledge of the billing system and company policy to provide accurate billing advise to internal and external clients
- Providing advance invoices where required for the clients of the business
- Understanding advance invoicing
- Managing the central inbox
- Attending regular finance meetings
Profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent numerical skills
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel
- Communication skills
- Eager to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Offer
Salary up to £24,000 per annum + 27 days holiday (banks on top) + Flexible working + Private medical care + Pension + Sick Pay.
