Description
- Manage credit control processes and ensure timely collections
- Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions, including collections and customer accounts
- Analyse customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits
- Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance department to reconcile account discrepancies
- Implement effective recovery strategies for delinquent accounts
- Ensure compliance with credit control procedures and policies
- Prepare periodic reports on credit control activity
- Assist in the improvement of credit control processes and systems
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Job Offer
- An estimated hourly salary range of £28,000-£30,000
