Billing Specialist

CMA is pleased to be working exclusively with a fast paced, rapidly growing company which has recently secured significant financial backing. The business is looking for an experienced Billings Specialist to join their friendly close-knit finance team, initially on a 6 month fixed term contract; however, there is a strong possibility of the role being made permanent. You will be a crucial part of the finance function, using your attention to detail on a wide variety of tasks to keep the role interesting. Must be available on short notice.   
What will the Billing Specialist role involve?

• Invoice processing.
• Reconciling invoices to timesheets.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Reconciling factoring accounts.
• Cross-checking data within portals.
• Expense reports.
• Payment runs.

Suitable Candidate for the Billing Specialist vacancy:

• Experience with timesheets and portals.
• Experience with invoicing.
• Good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks would be beneficial but not essential.
