• Leading and managing a Billing Team.
• Ensuring timely and accurate customer billing.
• Establishing and implementing billing procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline billing processes.
• Identifying improvements in systems and work processes.
• Resolving complex billing issues.
• Participating in the development of budgets.
• Preparing reports to track the Billing Team's productivity.

Profile

A successful Billing Team Lead should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within finance and leading a team
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of billing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and billing software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
