Description

Contract Team Lead:

• Lead and supervise the Contracts and Billing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success in meeting departmental objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end contracts management process, including contract drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize contract performance and ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage billing operations, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation, to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies, address customer inquiries, and streamline processes.
