Bim Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BIM manager to join a small consultancy based in the heart of City of London. This is a unique opportunity as the business has never had a dedicated BIM Manager before, and you will have the exciting task of establishing and leading the BIM function within the company.

Key responsibilities-

1. End-to-End BIM ownership: You will be the focal point of all BIM activities within the company, taking complete charge of the BIM processes, methodologies, and implementation.
2. Team Building: As the first BIM Manager in the company, you will play a crucial role in hiring and building a dedicated BIM team to support the company’s growth and BIM initiatives.
3. Process Implementation: Apply your BIM expertise to develop and implement efficient and effective BIM processes tailored to the needs of the consultancy.
4. Standard Setting: Define and set BIM standards for the organization, ensuring compliance and consistency across all projects.
5. Clean Slate Leadership: This is a rare opportunity to start with a clean slate, allowing you to shape and lead the BIM function from scratch, will full control over its development.
