We're looking for a talented Strategic FP&A Manager who expects more from their career. It's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to support the Executive, Strategy and Finance leadership teams to drive the business's global strategic agenda through annual long-term business planning as dunnhumby undergoes a transformation to enter its next phase of growth. The role will co-ordinate the alignment of financial and strategic business plans, including ad hoc decision support for the Leadership teams. Furthermore, the role will lead and drive our People Analytics agenda - working closely with Finance and HR teams to interrogate and understand our people costs.
What you'll be doing
You'll be required to lead the long-term business planning process through co-ordination of Strategy, Commercial & Finance teams to create and present joined-up plans. You'll work closely with various teams in the business to ensure alignment of client delivery, deployment, and product development expectations, and against ambitious growth objectives. Your presentation skills, verbal and written, will be key as you produce and consolidate Exec and Board packs that provide impactful financial insight. You'll provide financial modelling support to assess initiatives and efficiency opportunities and influence the decision making. A transformation mindset will be an asset as you e volve our people planning and reporting processes, whilst leading the People Analytics team.
What we expect from you
Strong academic record including Degree or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline
  • Previous experience within business planning
  • Previous experience in a strategy or transformation role is desirable
  • Experience in industry is essential
  • Experience of working with, and influencing Executive-level stakeholders and Leadership Groups
  • Experience of financial appraisal and analytics
  • Ability to cut through and present complex analysis in visual or verbal formats to business stakeholders
  • Delivering to a very high standard within tight timelines
