Build Information Modelling (BIM) technician

Specialising in Autodesk Revit - 3D modelling package

Creating, updating an maintaining BIM models

Supporting team with LiDAR surveying for "Scan2BIM" activities

Point Cloud modelling and maintenance

2D Autodesk Autocad

Supporting site and facilities in implementing BIM principals

Your skills and experiences:Essential:

Degree qualified in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subject or equivalent experience in BIM

Proven experience in Autodesk Revit, creating and maintaining BIM models for both CAPEX and OPEX activities
Understanding of ISO 19650 BIM principals

Desirable:

Understanding of industry best practice and upcoming advancements in BIM

Stakeholder management

Configuration Management2D Autocad
