We have been instructed by one of Prime Central London's leading managing agents to help them grow their team. They are looking for an experienced property manager to look after a portfolio of 8-10 prime residential buildings, and provide a top-class service to all their clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Confidently liaising with demanding leaseholders and being the main point of contact for any enquiries
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets for all properties
- Serving Section 20 notices and overseeing major works projects
- Managing contractors for the maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
- Site visits to ensure good building condition
- Maintaining health and safety regulations/compliance
Requirements for role:
- An outgoing and approachable personality
- Notable portfolio management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competent using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Ideally AIRPM qualification or higher
- Organised, detail orientated and thorough when completing tasks
