My client is a highly reputable managing agent known for excellence in the residential sector. With a commitment to delivering the highest standards in customer service, and doing so with a strong organisational culture, they have decided to hire a Leasehold Property Manager to join their team.
This position offers the opportunity to manage a mid-sized portfolio (circa 12-17 properties, 700 units), making a significant impact on their clients and their communities.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of mid-sized leasehold properties.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property values and residents' satisfaction.
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, residents, and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and service charge collection.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in leasehold and block management.
- Proficiency in property management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
