We have been instructed by one of Prime Central London's leading independents to help them grow their team. They are looking for an experienced property manager to look after a small portfolio of residential buildings, and provide a top-class service to all their clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a small portfolio of Central London based properties
Confidently liaising with demanding leaseholders and being the main point of contact for any enquiries
Preparing and managing service charge budgets for all properties under your management
Serving Section 20 notices and overseeing major works projects
Providing assistance with administrative tasks for wider portfolio
Managing contractors for the maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
Site visits to ensure good building condition
Maintaining health and safety regulations/compliance
Requirements for role:
An outgoing and approachable personality
Portfolio management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competent using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
Organised, detail orientated and thorough when completing tasks
