Position Overview:
They are looking for a dynamic and experienced London Account Manager to join their team. As the London Account Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and growing client relationships, focusing on energy monitoring, BEMS, and collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for building decarbonization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships in London, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their energy management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of energy intelligence solutions.
- Identify opportunities for building energy performance optimisation and decarbonisation in collaboration with clients.
- Provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Account Management role, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of energy monitoring, BEMS, and building energy performance optimisation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
