Bms Design Engineer

Your new company
Our client is one of the largest Controls Systems Houses in Ireland, offering a wide range of market leading products including the installation of smart controls to manage lighting, heating, refrigeration and other specialist energy equipment. Due to continued success, this company is recruiting a BMS Design Engineer to join their design team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the design of bespoke BMS control systems for HVAC systems by reviewing schematics, plans, specifications and related customer documents. Liaising with Mechanical & Electrical Contractors on a regular basis.

The successful applicant should possess the following skills & attributes:

• Previous experience of working within one of the following – HVAC, BMS or Process control.
• Previous experience of electrical design and engineering.
• Working knowledge of CAD drawing packages.
• To be able to create schematic drawings that can be manufactured, including systems test and fault-finding.
• Previous experience of control and instrumentation design would be an advantage.
• To be able to work to tight timescales to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Working hours: 8.30am – 4.45pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8.30am to 3.30 pm (Friday)
