What you will be doing:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of BMW vehicles, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential buyers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling BMW vehicles, emphasising the brand's unique features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalised attention and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations through multiple channels to showcase the exceptional performance and luxury of BMW vehicles.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and BMW technology to provide customers the most accurate and valuable information
- Responsible for following up on digital lead generation
What we're looking for:
- Strong Negotiation Skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out and follow up on sales leads, proactively engaging potential customers to drive business growth.
- A natural ability to engage, charm, and build rapport with clients.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- The ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- A genuine passion for BMW and luxury cars.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
