SalaryJoin a dynamic and growing team at a reputable automotive repair shop. Dedicated to providing top-quality service and vehicle body repairs. With a track record of excellence and customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Estimator to join their team.
As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the business. You will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and creating detailed repair estimates.
As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Thoroughly inspecting vehicles to identify any necessary repair work, maintaining accurate records / documents for the vehicle damage and producing detailed repair plans
- Using industry software packages to create accurate repair estimates which will calculate the costs for repairs, parts and materials
- Liaising with the sales team to relay any potential repair quotes / appraisals for the vehicles.
- Effectively communicate with customers, upselling / offering opportunities for an appraisal for body repairs when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records carried out in the workshop, raising invoices and billing when necessary,
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Estimator
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of automotive repairs / techniques (Preferable)
- Knowledge of Audatex (Preferable)
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM (1 hour lunch break)
