They are seeking a Bodyshop Manager to join their team for an exciting new project they are undertaken. This a great opportunity to join a thriving part of the accident repair business. Our client offers a fully equipped workshop with regular updating of equipment.
They are well known for their quality of work within Kent and are seeking senior body shop managers with at least 2 years of accident repair management experience.

- Manage a team of highly skilled Bodyshop professionals.
- Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans
- Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow with the bodyshop through effective capacity planning.
- To review KPI performance regularly and consistently to identify areas of potential shortfall.
- Manage customer complaints and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Motivating and discussing each team members impact on the overall site performance.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Previous experience in a Bodyshop Management role
- Technical knowledge and experience of the accident repair and body industry.
- Ability to organise clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources.
- Have relevant and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle design and manufacturer, consumer, and vehicle legislation.
- Knowledge and understanding of the provisions of environmental and safety practices. (E.P.A and C.O.S.H.H)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
