As a Bodyshop Manager at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.
What you will be doing?
- Opening the workshop & delegating the team
- Liaising with all team members to ensure targets are met
- Giving estimated completion dates to customers
- Ensuring workshop is safe and PPE is being used appropriately
- Conducting quality checks of vehicles
Your profile
We are looking for individuals who meet the below criteria to join our team. If you think you've got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply!
- Previous experience of working within the Automotive industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade
- Able to influence, motivate and manage a team effectively
- Maintain methodical and logical approach to varying workloads
- Will be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
- A full driving licence
