Book Distribution Coordinator
Part - Time (3 days a week)

Do you have a knack for keeping things organised and a passion for ensuring books reach the right hands? We're on the hunt for a Book Distribution Coordinator to be the backbone of our expanding distribution team.
This is a pivotal role within a fantastic team and this individual will be responsible for managing the flow of books for events, subscriptions, and partnerships. We need someone practical, efficient, and ready to make things happen.
Main Duties:
- Plan, manage and control the warehouse activities to maximize support for online events, book subscription services, the bookstore and merchandise partnerships.
- Dive into e-commerce by helping curate our book selections.
- Keep a keen eye on stock levels with regular counts and maintain the inventory.
- Be the liaison with delivery services to ensure timely book arrivals.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to tackle shipping queries.
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience or something similar.
- Health and Safety or Warehouse safety training is a plus.
- Handle tight deadlines with ease.
- Bring organisational skills to the table and embrace change.
- Rock solid communication-written and verbal.
- Familiarity with freelancers is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
