An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable book keeper with experience of small business use of Sage Payroll and Sage Accounts. As well as completing purchase ledgers and sales ledgers, invoicing and payroll you will be required to provide quarterly financial reports to the Director as well as complete the year end reports for review. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and monitoring of all Government child care funding ensuring the claim for child care hours is completed on time. As well as accounts processes you will be responsible for routine administration processes within the office. An understanding or knowledge of the early years education systems would be useful but is not essential as full training will be given.
