Job description

I am working exclusively with an established agricultural and agrifood business, employing over 100 staff.

They are looking for an Office Manager/bookkeeper reporting directly to the owners to manage the day to day financial aspects of the six businesses that we operate.

You will be responsible for:-

  • Accurate record keeping.
  • Invoice processing and payments.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers about all queries.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • VAT preparation and submission.
  • working with the accountants on the annual accounts.
  • Cashflow and financial reporting.
  • Budget monitoring with heads of departments.
  • Payroll, hours, holidays and pensions.
  • Office administration.
  • Telephone answering.
  • Supporting our HR consultants.
  • Supporting our production managers.
  • Supporting the owners.

You will need to be detailed, accurate, focused, calm and professional. Flexibility and a positive attitude are also important. Salary expectations relevant to qualifications.
