I am working exclusively with an established agricultural and agrifood business, employing over 100 staff.
They are looking for an Office Manager/bookkeeper reporting directly to the owners to manage the day to day financial aspects of the six businesses that we operate.
You will be responsible for:-
- Accurate record keeping.
- Invoice processing and payments.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers about all queries.
- Bank reconciliations.
- VAT preparation and submission.
- working with the accountants on the annual accounts.
- Cashflow and financial reporting.
- Budget monitoring with heads of departments.
- Payroll, hours, holidays and pensions.
- Office administration.
- Telephone answering.
- Supporting our HR consultants.
- Supporting our production managers.
- Supporting the owners.
You will need to be detailed, accurate, focused, calm and professional. Flexibility and a positive attitude are also important. Salary expectations relevant to qualifications.
