About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Outpatients Booking Clerk to join our Outpatients department in Brighton. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the department by managing patient bookings efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage outpatient appointments.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and update patient information in the system.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to coordinate patient care.
Requirements:
- No DBS is required for this role.
- Successful applicants must complete all 10 standard STAM training modules prior to starting.
Working Hours:
- Full–time hours of 37.5 per week are preferred.
- Part–time hours may be considered for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Please state the availability of your candidate.
