Overview:
Surecall Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Booking Clerk to join our friendly NHS client in the Croydon area.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records and update databases
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete tasks
Essential Experience:
You must be able to use the Cerner Information system as the role involves answering calls and managing patient bookings on this system.
