Booking Officer - Outpatient Services

About the role

• To provide an efficient and effective administrative support service that demonstrates a high level of customer service through understanding, empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
• To provide accurate and timely information and assistance to clients and staff within the Health Service District and external agencies. Provide an effective reception service.
• The position is required to make administrative decisions relating to the interpretation of Department policies and procedures.
• The position is responsible and accountable for assisting with the management of waiting lists in accordance with Queensland Health
