Due to continued success, my client now has an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their growing team. They are an established, forward thinking Practice who have a great team of professionals who ensure they give the highest standard of service to their clients.
With continued heavy workload, they now require a permanent Bookkeeper who can join the team and hit the ground running.
Main Duties:
* Completing VAT returns
* Ensuring purchase orders and sales ledgers are processed
* Preparation and posting of journals including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation
* Ensure all accounts are complete on time and to strict HMRC deadlines
* Inputting invoices and expenses on to software
* Reconciliation of bank, cash, credit card and control accounts
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within Bookkeeping
* Experience using cloud based softwares including Xero / Quickbooks
* Ability to use Outlook and Excel competently
