Challen Building & Renovations Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Bookeeper/PA to be based in our Brading offices.
The position will start on a part time basis initially requiring a minimum of 16 hours a week
Job responsibilities
- General office duties
- Ordering of Materials
- Sales Invoicing
- Processing payments
- End of month reconciliations
- Credit control
- Inputting Supplier Invoices
- End of month payment run
- Job cost coding in Excel
Skills required
- Experience of Sage is essential
- Good IT skills (especially with databases, spreadsheets and financial software) with a strong working knowledge of Excel
- Good telephone and communication skills
- Good level of accuracy
- Good timekeeping and organisational skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines
