Jackson Building Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper.
We are an insurance repair specialist, working with the UK’s insurance companies to ensure that any building-related repair or reinstatement is dealt with efficiently and on time.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Strong knowledge of VAT and CIS regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software, specifically QuickBooks and Sage
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication skills
What will your role look like?
- Manage VAT and CIS submissions accurately and promptly
- Maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the finance team to support overall financial operations
