Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant (Part-time), Oxted - GBP15 ph Nego
Are you an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant seeking a part-time opportunity with a well-established and vibrant niche business? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
Required to join a friendly team, where my client prides themselves on their commitment to excellence and a supportive work environment. As a key player in the finance team, you'll have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to the success of their business.
This dynamic position offers a variety of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are ever the same. You'll be responsible for: -
- Managing the Purchase Ledger
- Overseeing the Sales Ledger
- Conducting Bank Reconciliations
- Filing VAT Returns
- Preparing Management Accounts
- Generating Cost and Cashflow Reports
- Implementing Credit Control measures
- Managing Expenses and Invoicing
About You: -
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities: -
- Meticulous Attention to Detail
- Exceptional Organisational Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (desirable)
- Valid Driver's License and access to your own vehicle
This is a part-time position, offering 12-15 hours per week with flexible days to be agreed upon. There may be opportunities for increased hours in the future as the business continues to grow.
