Responsibilities
Financial Record Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the Food Manufacturing company. Record and categorize all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Invoice Processing:
- Process and review invoices in a timely manner, verifying accuracy and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any discrepancies in invoices.
Account Reconciliation:
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Work closely with financial team members to address and rectify reconciling issues promptly. Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes, including accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits. Stay informed about relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and analyses to support decision-making. Generate custom reports as needed, providing insights into the financial health of the company.
Administrative Support:
- Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized financial records. Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline office procedures and enhance efficiency.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/Administrator, preferably in the Food Manufacturing Sector. Familiarity with industry-specific financial practices and regulations.
Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
