This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Wyre Theatres Team, to help maximise the revenue from our theatres and increase audience numbers. The successful candidate will be based at Marine Hall in Fleetwood.
With an excellent approach to customer care, you will be an ambitious team player who has had previous experience within a busy Box Office environment and is able to play a lead role in the delivery of this expanding service.
Dealing with bookings and reservations, you will also be required to follow up any leads and enquiries from customers wanting to book the theatre for conferences, shows and family functions such as weddings.
You will oversee the effective and efficient day to day running of the main office, providing administrative support to other members of the team and in particular, ensuring that financial procedures are followed.
The post holder will be a committed individual who is passionate about theatres and is driven to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers.
