SalaryOur client has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with strong knowledge of the UK Defined Benefit Pensions and the BPA market to design and implement the BPA transition process for both Buy-ins and Buyouts within its Life and Pensions business.
In this key role, you will support the design and implementation of our client's BPA administration operating model and ensure operational readiness in line with business plans.
You will also build the BPA Transition Team to support pipeline of new business while assisting with the triage of potential new business.
In addition, you will manage the operational relationships with Trustees and ceding administrators during the post-buy-in period, pro-actively leading the BPA Transition Team through each transition.
With strong people and project management skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of the BPA process, from deal execution to buy-out.
