PART TIME BRANCH ADMIN SUPPORT - BASED IN GREENFORD - working 20 to 30 hours per week

Working 20 to 30 hours this might suit you if you have experience in admin and now looking to work on a part time basis perhaps due to having children or now in a time in your career where you can step back to a part time role.

This role is working in a busy gritty office dealing with drivers, warehouse staff and customers, this role would suit you if you have a confident outlook with experience of using Excel - word and have a strong eye for detail.

Monday to Friday 20 - 30 hours per week ( working school hours or 3 full days flexible on this ) Using excel Entering tickets to a system Dealing with emails Filing emails Sorting out issues Customer services / answering calls / data entry / managing emails /dealing with calls about stock
