SalaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Practice Unit of our friendly and supportive in-house Legal Services Team based at Force Headquarters. The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide an effective and efficient administrative support to the Legal Services Branch.The successful candidate will have worked in an administrative capacity in a similar environment, with the capability to produce work to a high standard of accuracy whilst working towards deadlines. They will have carried out duties such as sorting incoming post, recording information onto databases, filing documents, dealt with telephone queries, and managed group mailboxes.They will have experience of a wide variety of software applications including Microsoft Office and be able to use office hardware such as scanners, printers and photocopiers. The ability to communicate clearly with both colleagues and people from outside the organisation is essential.
