Branch Administrator-Bury St Edmunds-£Competitive
We are currently seeking a Branch Administrator on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Cambridge! This is a pivotal role focused on supporting the Branch Manager and other departments where required.
Salary: £Competitive
Hours: 08:00am-17:00pm Monday-Friday
Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays
Job responsibility:
- Answer any incoming calls, providing first class customer service and transferring to the correct department.
- Provide diary management support to Branch Manager.
- Assist other internal departments with administration duties where required.
- Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
- First class keyboard and PC skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
