Seeking an enthusiastic Branch Administrator to join our client's team in Fulbourn, Cambridge. The successful candidate will provide first-class administrative support and maintain effective communication between customers and staff. This role includes acting as a Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager and assisting other departments as needed.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide administrative support to the Branch & Sales Manager.
- Maintain effective and accurate communications with customers and staff members.
- Act as a Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager, including handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Assist other departments within the branch as required.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a professional telephone manner.
- Organise and multitask efficiently to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact diplomatically with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong keyboard and PC skills.
- Organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively.
- Professional in appearance and approach, with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and a willingness to assist across various departments.
