Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with a warm and friendly demeaner, providing impeccable customer service, and seamlessly transferring calls to the appropriate department.
- Support the Branch Manager with diary management, ensuring schedules are optimised for efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments, offering your administrative expertise to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Handle confidential matters discreetly, demonstrating the utmost professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain meticulous records, including up-to-date meter readings and ordering of office essentials, contributing to a well-organised and tidy work environment.
- Accompany the Branch Manager to county shows, showcasing our brand excellence and enjoying time off in lieu as a token of our appreciation.
- Showcase your exceptional keyboard and PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
