Simply Education are looking for a driven Branch Manager, to look after a highly successful team, with billings over one million. If you are looking for a new challenge, have leadership experience and are committed to providing a great service to your clients, then this could be the role for you.
This position will be working with a highly successful and driven team based in Bedford where you would also be covering a Hot Desk. We are keen to hear from people with a range of experience in different recruitment sectors who are maybe looking for career progression or a sector change into education recruitment.
In your new role you would be fully supported by our outstanding L&D team who take you through the inhouse management training programme, setting you up with all the skills needed to become a great team leader. Alongside the L&D team you will work with a senior leadership team with many years of experience in education and recruitment.
We have fantastic relationships with our local primary schools and candidates across the county, and we are excited to welcome a new addition to our family orientated team.
What does your new role entail.
Driving and encouraging teams’ performance via incentives and KPI’s
Mentoring and coaching Consultants within the branch
Reporting and analysing data for the senior management team
Conducting 1-1’s with the Consultants to drive performance and service levels within the branch
Going out with Consultants to support on school visits and building relationships
Someone hard working, organised and confident in communication to lead your team
You will be developing and managing client and candidate relationships and expectations (ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards in secondary education)
Meeting and interviewing candidates to support them in finding dream roles in education
Business development calls and arranging client meetings with schools in the local area to support their recruitment needs

£30,000 + per annum.
Rewarding commission structure which pays up to 20% of billings with yearly accelerator bonus payments on achieving specific targets.
