- The effective management of both the Service and Repair managers across London.

- Be a strong leader, able to mentor, coach and develop your team.
- Work with internal stakeholders, such as New Equipment, Modernisations and Sales to be able to map out opportunities and grow your region.

Key Requirements
- Solid understanding of the lift industry, with knowledge around the management and development of an operational unit.
- Good management experiencer able to manage a team of managers across operations and sales.
- Business acumen with the ability to identify potential financial risks before they escalate too much.
